PROGRESS UPDATE: SAVE LAWSON'S LANDING
In December, the Coastal Commisssion gave the Landing 120 days to prepare the Coastal Development
Permit. At the same time, work was to proceed with Marin County on processing the EIR for the
Master Plan . As of mid-February, we have satisfied the first 60 day deadline by turning in the
Wetlands Report and Biological Studies. The remaining reports for the CDP should be ready by the
next deadline in April. In the meantime, Marin County is saying that the Final EIR will be ready
for public comment by August 2007. To be continued......
